• WhatsApp phone number (with country code)
• Email address (optional)
• Treatment/service interest (e.g., dental implants, hair transplant, taxi transfer)

3. How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is processed solely for the purpose of:

• Connecting you with licensed, JCI-accredited clinics or verified service providers
• Responding to your quote request via WhatsApp or email
• Improving our platform and user experience (anonymized analytics)

We DO NOT: Sell your data to third parties, use it for unsolicited marketing, or share it with anyone other than the specific clinic/provider you requested information from.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Your data may be shared with:

• Licensed Medical Clinics: Only those holding the International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate (Uluslararası Sağlık Turizmi Yetki Belgesi) and JCI accreditation.
• Email Service Provider: We use industry-standard services (e.g., Resend, SendGrid) to send quote confirmations. They are GDPR-compliant and do not access your data for their own purposes.
